I think M1 is Common and M6 +24V. Well as long as you have them wired correctly at the zone board side. You can check which wire is common and +24V using a voltmeter by checking first both wires at the meter and then one with the meter and one to the ground.

We have 2 zones and around midnight, one side of the house continues to cool while the other side of the house stops cooling. Is there a reason one damper would close in the middle of the night while the other remains open?

my wednesday 12 ton coil change out was a 118 degree on the roof. my co-worker was suffering bad. he drinks soda, eats fast food, smokes weed and vapes. I was just fine, I don't drink soda, eat fast, or smoke. I barely broke a sweat. I used to have a hardtime with the heat unit I got my thyriod taken care of and changed my diet. I eat alot of eggs and meat. drinking just water. it changed my life. I don't get the hunger pains anymore and the 12 hour days are no issue.

I have a strange one for you. My apartments AC unit has the normal drain line that leads outside, however under the handler there is a PVC that goes down, the connects sideways into a inch high pipe that has a black wire coming out of it, the drain leading outside is not stopped up yet that little pipe with the wire is dripping....wtf is it and what do I do to stop it?

I have one building at work that pulls water from the Detroit River. Fking zebra mussels get into the system and kills the water flow. I am slowly replacing those systems with mini-splits. Also their are no temp and pressure gauges, whoever installed those units were hacks.

Why not use a thermal imaging camera to see what's going on?
